RUBBER INDUSTRY PRODUCTION

We process material based on NR, SBR, NBR, EPDM. Our main products are various types of silent blocks and metal rubber products for a wide range of industries, particularly for railway vehicles, as well as military, agricultural, construction and mining machinery. We are able to construct and manufacture almost any silent block, metal rubber or rubber piece with guaranteed physical properties based on the requirements of the customer. We also provide rubber casters for military vehicles.

We have a variety of classical and semi-automatic presses with a clamping force from 90 to 270 tons, with heating plates from 400x400 mm to 800x800 mm. Our machine park also includes two water-cooled calendering machines, a rubber extruder and various types of small machinery needed for processing rubber such as pneumatic scissors for gum, polishing grinders or high-pressure sand-blasting machines.

CNC MACHINING AND LOCKSMITHERY

The main focus of this division is to support the manufacture of metal blanks and molds for the rubber industry. The capacity of our machines can cover both unit production and mass production of thousands of pieces. We do not hesitate to invest in the latest technologies, thanks to which our work pieces are always delivered on time and to the highest quality.

We have a comprehensive range of CNC as well as conventional machines. Part of our production capabilities is also direct and oblique involute gear cutting up to module M6. We can also outsource the heat treatment of metals.

DESIGN AND CONSULTATION ACTIVITIES

Our design studio is able to design and construct rubber and machine parts or forms exactly according to the requirements of the customer, including the testing of prototypes in certified laboratories. For design work we use state-of-the-art 3D tools, which reflect the modern trend.
